Previously, the `NetworkManager-wait-online.service` timed out too early which prevented a connection to be established before `coreos-installer` could fetch the `Ignition` config. With this update, the `NetworkManager-wait-online.service` timeout has been increased to its default upstream value and no longer fails to fetch `Ignition` config.

The fix for this bug has landed in a bootimage bump, as tracked in bug 1964753 (now in status MODIFIED).  Moving this bug to MODIFIED.

Verified on RHCOS 47.84.202109241831-0.  No more overriding the timeout for nm-wait-online
