Added latest round of translations for sprint 204.

Check several pages' translation, for example
User Management -> Users
Administration -> Cluster Settings -> Details & Configuration translation when upgrade is blocked 
Workloads -> DaemonSets -> DaemonSet details
Operators -> OperatorHub, check translations for several places
Compute -> Node, check translation in Action menu and the message when trying to delete node
Observe -> Alerting -> Silences, check translation on /monitoring/silences/~new
Compute -> MachineSets -> MachineSet details

the translations look good. verified on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-07-29-103526
