Description of problem:
We need to identify the maintenance release in /etc/rhosp-release like:

$ cat ./etc/rhosp-release
Red Hat OpenStack Platform release 16.1.7 (Train)
Comment 18 errata-xmlrpc 2021-12-09 20:20:17 UTC
