Verification points:

1- Checked the "enable-foreman-plugin-remote-execution-cockpit" value before enable. 

# satellite-installer --help|grep "enable-foreman-plugin-remote-execution-cockpit"
    --[no-]enable-foreman-plugin-remote-execution-cockpit Enable 'foreman_plugin_remote_execution_cockpit' puppet module (default: false)

2- Ran satellite-installer with enable-foreman-plugin-remote-execution-cockpit and it comepleted successfully.
