checked with 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-07-29-021010, cpufreq collector is disabled
# oc -n openshift-monitoring get ds node-exporter -oyaml
...
        - --no-collector.cpufreq

also checked audit log, no soft lock info for node_exporter
/var/log/audit/audit.log
