Description of problem: I would like to request that the pax-utils.rpm be added to the EPEL 8 repository. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHEL 8.4 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:
I am new to Red Hat Bugzilla. I think that I selected the wrong product and component, but I when I try to edit the bug report, the system will not let me change those fields. The product should be the fedora epel product and the component should be pax-utils. I apologize for the mix up.
No problem. Reassigning as requested.
Unfortunately, pyelftools is missing the EPEL8 branch. It's required for running the testsuite. Will you take care of requesting it or shall I simply disable the testsuite for EPEL8?

@Dom I can request the update for pyelftools. How do I do that? Do I fill out another bug report on Red Hat Bugzilla?
(In reply to Mike from comment #6) > @Dom I can request the update for pyelftools. How do I do that? Do I fill > out another bug report on Red Hat Bugzilla? Yes, please do open a bug against Fedora EPEL, pyelftools component and let me know the bug number. In the meantime, I disabled the test suite and released pax-utils for EPEL8. Please test and give feedback on the link in comment 5.
