Description of problem:
Cluster validation failures pop up when trying to install OCS cluster, that has all minimal required resources:
"Insufficient resource to deploy OCS in Standard Mode. OCS requires a minimum of 3 hosts with one non-bootable disk on each host of size at least 25GB"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot 3 master 3 worker nodes. each worker should have 120GB disk for OCP and 25GB disk for OCS

Actual results:
Cluster is insufficient

Expected results:
Cluster is Ready

This happens because OCS was depending on diskEligible field, it was produced on production as the minimum disk size for the disk to be eligible was 120GB. We have a similar bug open for it #1987250.
