Description Aman Agrawal 2021-08-05 06:54:41 UTC
Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to UI and go to Compute -> Nodes
2. Search with a random name in search bar, say '72864'
3. 'No Nodes Found' message will be displayed as there aren't any matching nodes
4. Start removing the text from search bar by using Backspace keyboard button and remove all the text
5. Notice that only some of the nodes are now remaining on the screen whereas initial count was different, generally 6 nodes
6. Repeat the steps and notice that most of times, none of the nodes appear back on the screen after removing the text from search bar
7. This is a general OCP issue and could also be found under different tabs such as Storage -> StorageClasses

Actual results: Available Nodes/StorageClasses don't appear back on screen after text is removed from search bar

Expected results: All the available Nodes/StorageClasses should appear back on screen and the count should match with the initial count after text is removed from search bar by using Backspace button

Comment 3 Shay Rozen 2021-08-05 09:58:48 UTC
W/A press space and backspace.
Need to delete the characters fast like hold the backspace in order to re-produce.
If none of the characters in the search are appearing in the resource after delete the list will be empty.

Comment 6 Zac Herman 2021-10-27 20:57:11 UTC
This appears to be a dup of bug 1990255 fixed by PR#10256: https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/10256

Comment 8 Siva Reddy 2021-10-29 04:57:15 UTC
cluster version:

Steps to Reproduce:
Followed the steps as given in the attached video
after doing slow delete and fast delete then now the results are showing up unlike earlier

hence verified
