Description of problem:
Can't set default time zone via engine-config command:

# engine-config -s DefaultGeneralTimeZone=Europe/Helsinki
Error setting DefaultGeneralTimeZone's value. null

# engine-config -s DefaultWindowsTimeZone='Israel Standard Time'
Error setting DefaultWindowsTimeZone's value. null

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set default time zone via engine-config command:
# engine-config -s DefaultGeneralTimeZone=Europe/Helsinki
# engine-config -s DefaultWindowsTimeZone='Israel Standard Time'

Actual results:
1. Failed to set default time zone, the error is as above.

Expected results:
1. Default time zone should be set successfully via engine-config command.

Default time zone can be set with engine-config now.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.8 release, published on August 19th 2021.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.8 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
