Description of problem: When using arpack-ng from Fortran the header file 'arpackicb.h' is, generally, needed, however this file is not present in 'arpack-devel' (or any other package, to my knowledge). Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): I checked 'arpack-devel-3.8.0-1.fc34.x86_64' on my system, but later versions do not have this file listed under the Files section either.
arpackicb.h is not included in arpack-ng upstream sources. Where did you find this file?
Never mind, found it. I'll fix this in next release.
