Description of problem:

After doing a library sync for sample operator the SCL enablement test fails with error "pod ran to completion". The test fails cause 7.2 is deprecated and was removed from image stream. Should move test to work wit 7.3 and 7.4.

1.Run the sync script at the root of the project: https://github.com/openshift/cluster-samples-operator/blob/master/library-sync.sh
2.Send a PR if updated assets

Actual results:

Expected results:
