Description of problem:

After a new installation of CNV 4.8.0 on OCP 4.8.2 (and 4.8.3), the web console show the Virtualization component as not available, even if everything reports and works OK.

CNV 4.8.0
OCP 4.8.2/4.8.3


How reproducible:

Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OCP 4.8.2 or 4.8.3
2. Deploy CNV 4.8.0


Actual results:

The Virtualization component show as Not Available in the web console


Expected results:


The Virtualization component show correctly in the web console
