Hello, As the zstd (simple) bindings are not performing very well I found zstandard library which does work much (way much) better. I've tried to build rawhide SRPM for EPEL8 and it works just perfectly on my centos system (for my use-case) and I did not need to do any changes. Would you mind to build it for EPEL8? Feel free to add me as co-maintainer so that I can help you (if needed). Thank you!
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle. Changing version to 35.
