Description of problem: Kamelet sources shown in openshift-operators in event sources but in another namespace. It shows up in another namespace if the user creates CR for IntegrationPlatform in that namespace.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Install camel K community operator


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Serverless operator and create CR for knativeServing and KnativeEventing, camel K operator
2. create a namespace ns1
3. not go to dev perspective add -> Event sources 

Actual results: can't see Kamelets sources


Expected results: should be able to see Kamelet source

verified it on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-08-29-010334. and it works as expected.
