Description of problem:
Along with this change https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1977277,
validation service for RHV migratable VMs should be removed.
As of now, this validation service critical message is displayed -
"Placement policy affinity: The VM has a placement policy affinity setting that is incompatible with OpenShift Virtualization. The VM will not be migrated."

This bug is fixed in MTV build 2.1.0-48 / IIB 97916.
