If you don't have time to maintain this package, consider orphaning it, so maintainers of dependent packages realize the problem. pandoc-citeproc was retired with the message "obsoleted by citeproc used by pandoc >= 2.11". pandoc builds subpackage ghc-citeproc, but that only has a library. But this package and the R variant seem to require the binary… Jans, any guidance here?
Hello, Please note that this comment was generated automatically. If you feel that this output has mistakes, please contact me via email (mhroncok). All subpackages of a package against which this bug was filled are now installable or removed from Fedora 36. Thanks for taking care of it!

Sorry I don't really have anything to add: pandoc-citeproc is obsolete upstream: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/pandoc-citeproc and no longer builds in F35 unfortunately - did this get sorted out already?
I think it's all fine now.
