Description of problem:

Fails to build from source due to failed unit tests.

The following tests FAILED:
	 42 - SEFramework.FitsImageSource_test (Failed)
	 44 - SEFramework.TemporaryFitsSource_test (Failed)

This is building sourcextractor++-0.15-4, while this was patched on Monday with sourcextractor++-0.15-5.
I am guessing this is an old build?

Anyway, rebuilt sourcextractor++-0.15-6.fc35 to fix the installation problem (#1991890)
