Object Bucket after deletion

Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Object Bucket Claims and Create a OBC
2. Navigate to Object Buckets tab and try to delete the Object Bucket
3. Nothing is displayed as it is waiting for Object Bucket Claim to be deleted

Actual results:
On deletion of Object Bucket, the 3 dots options which provides option for deletion gets disabled

Expected results:
A user friendly info. such as "Delete respective Object Bucket Claim for Object Bucket Deletion" can be shown on a pop-up while user is trying to delete Object Bucket.
We can rephrase it and use abbreviations to better fit UI.

Do suggest for a better alternative.
