Description of problem:
Mail recipient is not updated while configuring Event Notifications

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine 4.4.6

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Administration  Users and select a user.

2. Click the user’s User Name to go to the details page.

3. In the Event Notifier tab, click Manage Events.

4. Use the Expand All button or the subject-specific expansion buttons to view the events.

5. Select the appropriate checkboxes.

6. Enter an email address in the Mail Recipient field and hit OK.

7. Again click on Manage Events and check.

Actual results:
Mail Recipient still shows "root@localhost" i.e. default recipient.

Expected results:
Mail Recipient should show updated recipient.

The best way is to have a valid email address in LDAP for all users. Then this address is used for mail notification and there is no need to override it in webadmin

Verified on ovirt-engine-4.5.0.6-0.7.el8ev.noarch

Followed steps 1-7 and Mail Recipient displayed in the window is the one entered beforehand

Due to QE capacity, we are not going to cover this issue in our automation

The customer upgraded to ovirt-engine-4.5.1.3-0.28.el8ev.noarch and we still see this issue.  Is it possible there was a regression?
