Created attachment 1814579 [details] small_size Description of problem: Install Fedora 34 guest in a VMWare Workstation and change to KDE Plasma(Wayland) desktop, then change the windows size and the guest resolution not auto resize. This bug happens only when using the KDE Plasma(Wayland) session. An X11 and gnome session does not have this bug. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Guest: Fedora 34 Host: VMware Workstation 15/16 open-vm-tools 11.3.0 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Fedora 34 on VMware Workstation, install KDE desktop group package and restart guest. 2. Select the KDE Plasma(Wayland) desktop when login the guest. 3. Resize the Workstation window and check the guest resolution Actual results: The Fedora with KDE Plasma(Wayland) not auto resize, the resolution not change follow the Workstation windows size.Please check the attachment screenshot. Expected results: The guest could auto resize follow the Windows size. Additional info: In the View menu, use below setting: Autofit Guest Autofit Window is checked
