templates supported by redhat marked as comunity

Description of problem:
When console run in OKD mode, templates provided by SSP operator are labeled as provided by Kubevirt provider, when this templates are redhat supported they are marked community because the are not provided by redhat

1. Run console in OKD mode
2. Go to template list page

Actual results:
Template supported by redhat (https://access.redhat.com/articles/973163#ocpvirt) are marked as community

Expected results:
Template supported by redhat (https://access.redhat.com/articles/973163#ocpvirt) are not marked as community
