If you don't have time to maintain this package, consider orphaning it, so maintainers of dependent packages realize the problem. If you don't react accordingly to the policy for FTBFS/FTI bugs (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails_to_install/), your package may be orphaned in 8+ weeks. At the moment Zig depends on using LLVM 12 and and upstream support for LLVM 13 will come once its fully released Until either a llvm12 compatibility package is provided or upstream supports LLVM 13 (which means waiting for the full LLVM 13 release) this can't move forward.
Correction: I meant an lld12 compatibility package the llvm12 compatibility package already exists https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=34246
Fixed with Zig 0.8.1
