Feature: --cyclictest-threshold=USEC
Exit rteval if latency > USEC
Reason: Some users want a run of rteval to end early if the latency expectations are not met, so they can solve the reasons for this, instead of waiting for the rteval run to come to an end.
Result: rteval exits if a latency above USEC is measured.
