Description of problem:
ovf stores capacity/truesize on the storage does not match values in engine database

How reproducible:
found in customer environment and internal lab

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rhvm4.4.7  + rhvh4.4.5+
2. create some vms, update ovf stores couple of times

the size in the db will match the one on storage

Additional info:

the issue was not present on rhvm 4.4.5
reproduced on both file and block based SD

Marian, this bug is a duplication of bug 1868249m please move the customer case to it.

Verified based on verification of the duplicated bug 1868249 that has been verified on 4.5 release.
