Comment 1 Petr Menšík 2021-08-21 20:42:51 UTC
This package built on koji: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=74294942

Comment 2 Dan Čermák 2021-09-02 21:48:11 UTC
I have taken a look and there are a few minor issues:
- The package mentions only the MIT license, but according to github "Documentation released under CC BY 4.0. Logo released under CC BY-SA 4.0."
- %ldconfig_scriptlets are no longer required
- upstream is already at 2.10.0
- please mention https://github.com/skypjack/uvw/pull/253 next to your patch
- why is there a `echo "%{_docdir}"` in the spec?
- The changelog of the rpm looks odd (wrong date format, first entry is bogus):

* So srp 21 2021 Petr Menšík <pemensik> 2.9.0-2
- Ignore failing test, comment it out

* So srp 21 2021 Petr Menšík <pemensik> 2.9.0-1
- Move bigger doc part into noarch package

* So srp 21 2021 Petr Menšík <pemensik> Packaging variables read or set by %forgemeta-1
- Initial fedora package spec

Comment 3 Petr Menšík 2021-09-05 22:18:32 UTC
Updated according to comments. Rebased to the latest version, updated patch and link to PR.

Spec URL: https://github.com/pemensik/uvw/raw/fedora/uvw.spec
SRPM URL: https://pemensik.fedorapeople.org/uvw-2.10.0-2.fc36.src.rpm

Changelog warnings can be ignored, they are related to %autochangelog macro not properly handled inside tools. Not related to spec itself.

Not sure what it is about ExcludeArch, the package builds on all architectures AFAIK.

Comment 4 Petr Menšík 2021-09-05 22:32:38 UTC
Proof all architectures are built: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=75192228

Comment 5 Petr Menšík 2022-01-07 13:32:54 UTC
Would you check the updates please?

Would you please attach licensecheck if license tags are still incomplete?

Comment 6 Dan Čermák 2022-01-16 15:12:42 UTC
Sorry for taking a while to respond. The package looks good now, there's only a few minor issues that you can fix on the final push to pagure:
- Upstream already published a new minor release
- The packaging guidelines require you to specify a license breakdown. I'd suggest a simple comment explaining that the source is MIT and docs are CC-BY.

The remaining issues appear to be rpmautospec false positives.

Thanks for your work and patience!
