Description of problem:
Installed SNO cluster and simulated host hand on reboot.
The issue is that host moved to pending-input after 2h while expecting it to move after 80 minutes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start SNO installation
2. when host get to reboot, shutdown node
3. wait 80 minutes

Actual results:
host move to pending-input after 2h

Expected results:
host move to pending-input after 80m
