Could you backport to F35? I've worked around the gpg1 failure and re-enabled PGP signature verification in rawhide. Turns out it's a bug in libusb. Alternatively, I can do the backport. I'll assume I can do it if you don't answer by next Nov 12th.

I am not using tin anymore and it seems you are using it still, so you can change whatever you feel is necessary.
