I opened this bug, so as we don't forget to backport https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/104410 to various version of OCP.

Do some check on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-09-06-004132 with regression test, no issue found. 
Change the status to "VERIFIED"
