Created attachment 1816982 [details] Failed to mount /run/media/iso screenshot. RHOS: Booting the image fails "Failed to mount /run/media/iso" Version: Assisted Installer UI version quay.io/ocpmetal/ocp-metal-ui:d8496355413b8227fb27b4312483b3bc800442e8 Assisted Installer UI library version 1.5.32 Assisted Installer quay.io/ocpmetal/assisted-installer:52a722deac5af824684a148de6be1753ae1e844c Assisted Installer Controller quay.io/ocpmetal/assisted-installer-controller:52a722deac5af824684a148de6be1753ae1e844c assistedInstallerService quay.io/ocpmetal/assisted-service:fad08956ebcaeac2ba61b4838f1648290eaa79fe Discovery Agent quay.io/ocpmetal/assisted-installer-agent:b14d0a3e83e6da385006169aa6780e57b2f785b0 Steps to reproduce: Create a cluster and generate an ISO image. Try to boot the ISO image on a RHOS (Red Hat Openstack) instance with the image. Result: Every 3-4 attempts the booted instance will get stuck during boot and the instance' console shows 'Failed to mount /run/media/iso' - see the attached image. The issue doesn't reproduce every time.
Unsure what this has to do with assisted-installer, seems like a problem booting an ISO on OpenStack. You are probably missing some flag or something. Moving to OpenStack team
Perhaps @andrew.block can help you boot it
Just reproduced and after rebooting the machine (ctrl+alt+del) - it came up fine.
