Steps to reproduce:
Create a cluster and generate an ISO image.
Try to boot the ISO image on a RHOS (Red Hat Openstack) instance with the image.


Result:
Every 3-4 attempts the booted instance will get stuck during boot and the instance' console shows 'Failed to mount /run/media/iso' - see the attached image.

The issue doesn't reproduce every time.

Unsure what this has to do with assisted-installer, seems like a problem booting an ISO on OpenStack.
You are probably missing some flag or something.

Just reproduced and after rebooting the machine (ctrl+alt+del) - it came up fine.
