Description of problem:
react warning when loading the dev perspective and redirection to topology

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
go to the dev perspective
change the URL such that the path is `/` or `/topology` and go to the page (should cause SPA to refresh)
when page loads, look at console log
Actual results:


Expected results:
no react warning

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
always
