Description of problem:
unable to start export if deleted export CR from different window

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Primer operator

Steps to Reproduce
1. Install primer operator and create an ns and add any deployment to it
2. start an export and then click the export button again to see the modal.
3. In another window delete the export resource. 

Actual results:
the user is unable to start the export in the first window again

Expected results:
The user should be able to start the export in the first window again

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
always
