Add translations from text exported at the end of the the last half of Sprint 205.

This bug has been fixed and verified on payload 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-08-30-192239

Verify step:
1. Login OCP as administrator
2. Add '?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en' at the end of the URL
3. Check if the page is in i18n mode (take an example, check the operator of Openshift Container Storage)
4. Refresh the page, and change Language on the user preferences page
5. Recheck if the language is translate

Result:
3,5 the page is translated correctly
