Describe the issue:
Ceph cluster is a Distributed System to handle critical Data for Enterprise customers.
It will be good to have recommendations on the expertise of System administration and Ceph product knowledge for a successful deployment and smooth operations.

We can add in Pre-requisites, recommendations in the Hardware Guide, regarding the need for the different roles required to deploy Ceph cluster and level of proficiency like 

- Linux System Administration Advance level with RHEl certification
- Storage administrator with Ceph Certification
