Description of problem: 

Attempting to install an RPM layer in Silverblue (example using rpm-ostree install fish) throws and error during the posttrans script step 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

fedora:fedora/rawhide/x86_64/silverblue Rawhide.20210825.n.0


How reproducible:  This happens every time no matter what I'm trying to install


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install something with rpm-ostree install (rpm-ostree install evolution)


Actual results:

The install fails at the posttrans step with the following error:

error: Executing %transfiletriggerin for fedora-third-party: bwrap(/bin/sh): Child process killed by signal 1; run `journalctl -t 'rpm-ostree(fedora-third-party.transfiletriggerin)'` for more information
