One or more of the new sources for this package are identical to the old sources. This is most likely caused either by identical source files between releases, for example service files, or the specfile does not use version macro in its source URLs. If this is the second case, then please update the specfile to use version macro in its source URLs.

Thanks for updating to 2.7 but I don't think the bundled libraries can/should be removed... I think you will find that next time you attempt to build it will fail because those deps are now gone from the buildroot so I would recommend revert those changes. (I noticed this because I am building haskell-language-server in copr which depends on ghc-monoid-subclasses...) Of course the best action would be to package those bundled libs. I can help to review them if you to do that, though there isn't a big problem with bundling even though it is not ideal/beautiful. If you run cabal-rpm spec in the dist-git dir it will take the bundling into account when generating hadolint.spec.cblrpm, which you can then diff/merge into the .spec file.
(Also I think you will find that ghc-hadolint* no longer install though that is probably not a big deal for most users.)
(Well on f35 the deps will still be around/linger from the GA f35 repo.)
