Description of problem:
When a user opens the user preferences and opens the project dropdown the wrong wording is used in the project dropdown to create a Project / Namespace.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
None

Steps to Reproduce
Open user preferences from username dropdown
Open the project dropdown
Check option to create a new namespace / project
Actual results:
Option is called "Create Namespace"

Expected results:
Option should be called "Create Project" (if it is running on OpenShift)

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
Always
