Description of problem:

Git import form's name isn't autofilled when a URL containing trailing slash is used.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
None

Steps to Reproduce
    Navigate to git import flow
    Add any URL with a trailing slash

Actual results:
After detection, name is not autofilled.

Expected results:

Name should get autofilled like it does when there is no trailing slash.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
Always
