Description of problem: The computer has been set up to use WirePlumber instead of pipewire-media-session. After the computer has been restarted, everything seemed to be ok, but when I logged in as a dedicated user, WirePlumber crashed and the system remained soundless. This happens regularly, not just from time time. After a reboot, on the Gnome login screen, the sound is indicated by the volume icon in the upper right corner, however, after a user logs in, the icon disappears and no sound is available, until pipewire and wireplumber are restarted. Then the sound starts working, but the icon stays invisible until the volume slider is moved, then it reappears and since then, the sound is working fine ... until the machines is restarted.
Just adding that this is persistent for me across two different machines with the Fedora 35 KDE beta - at every restart wireplumber is down andno system sound is available. Wireplumber requires a restart each time.
