localvolumeset

Description of problem:
If choose volume mode is File system, no space to file the fstype.
Please see the attachment.

local-storage-operator.4.9.0-202108270254

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy local storage operator
2.Create localvolumeset instance.
3.After choose Volume Mode is File system, could not file the fstype.

Actual results:
Could not file fstype during create localvolumeset instance.

Expected results:
Add Fstype button on the web console

Do we need to provide a list box or text box to select the fstype
or do we need only a button for fstype?
Could you please give some more details.

Prefer to keep consistent with local volume.
Text box to select the fstype.
