Description of problem:
When I try to open the debug view, the ui crashes with latestIsFailed undefined error

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open migration details screen by clicking on migration name from plan table.
2.Observe UI crash with error

Actual results:
UI crashes

Expected to see debug /details view
