Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
"404: Page Not Found" error is showing when clicking on the Storage link provided under the Status section of Home-->Overview page.

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:
The link given in "Storage" was working in OCS4.8 cluster

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ODF and create a storage system.
2. Go to Home --> Overview 
3. Under the "Status" section, click on "Storage" and then click on "Openshift Data Foundation"


Actual results:
Page Not Found error.

Expected results:
The relevant page should open after performing step 3

Verified with 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-25-190146 and odf-operator.v4.9.0. Clicking on Storage link provided in Overview page takes us to openshift data foundation page.
