Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log snippests): ocs-must-gather:latest-4.9 in quay.io/rhcephdev is available only for x86 platform. Due to this, ocs-ci deploy code is not able to run must-gather when there are problems. This should be fixed with the next builds. While doing a workaround for cachito issue, build team missed doing the builds for ppc64le and it is fixed now.
This was some intermittent issue which is resolved with the latest builds
