Description of problem:

When installing the VPA via OperatorHub, the icon is a busted graphic


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

4.8.x

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the web console
2. Go to OperatorHub
3. Search for VPA

Actual results:

The icon for VPA doesn't show up, or indicates that the graphic is broken

Expected results:

Should see Red Hat logo

Fixed on 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-10-27-154740 with  4.8.0-202110202116
