The issue also can be reproduced by migration between rhel9 hosts. Move RHEL-AV bugs to RHEL9. If necessary to resolve in RHEL8, then clone to the current RHEL8 release. Assigned to Ariel for initial triage per bz process and age of bug created or assigned to virt-maint without triage. For Linux guest, there is a different bug, it seems not related with the windows. But ping the src host and dst host ip works well. And ipconfig output also is normal. Pls see attachment(unidentified network) for details. After step8, all things are normal. And try win2019 guest with all the same environment and windows network driver on comment 14, the network connection is normal, no bug. Test win10 guest between rhel8.4 and rhel8.5, between 8.5 and 9.1, both works well, no the issue now. Test again with comment 14, also no the issue. Based on above results, first closed the bug.
