Description of problem:
On reloading edit build-config form the Git URL is changed to the original URL but is not re-validated.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
Open Edit BuildConfig form.
Change Git URL to something that shows a warning/error on validation.
Click on reload button.
Actual results:
Notice the URL is not revalidated and the warning/error is still shown.

Expected results:
URL should be revalidated.
