Description of problem:
The list of erratas available in the web ui at Content -> Errata does not display the year as part of the date listed at column "Updated".

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Content -> Errata
2. Observe the dates under column "Updated"
3.

Actual results:
Day and month are listed, year is not listed.

Expected results:
Day, month and year are listed.

Upon review of our valid but aging backlog the Satellite Team has concluded that this Bugzilla does not meet the criteria for a resolution in the near term, and are planning to close in a month.
