Description of problem:
The blender-rpm-macros package contains a file called macros.blender, this file is zero bytes in rawhide

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.93.3-8

How reproducible:
easy

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install blender-rpm-macros
2. cat /usr/lib/rpm/macros.d/macros.blender
3. 

Actual results:
file is empty

Expected results:
file should look something like this:

  %blender_api 2.93
  %blender_libdir %{_datadir}/blender
  %blender_archdir %{_libdir}/blender
  %blender_addons %{blender_libdir}/scripts/addons
  %blender_modules %{blender_libdir}/scripts/modules
  %blender_preset %{blender_libdir}/scripts/presets
