Description Agnieszka Kukalowicz 2006-07-25 10:23:26 UTC
Description of problem:
I found a problem with entitlements in RHN. My RHN consists of three system
profiles for RHEL 4, which two of them are demos. The third one is subscribed
system for one year til Apr 2007. After expiration of all my demos subscription
I discovered that my subscribed system has no entitlements. The removal of the
entitlements took place the same day the last demo subscirption expired (23th
July). Now I have one active subscription but no entitlements for my system.
Because of that I cannot make any updates for the system or manage the system
from RHN. I tried to delete the system and register again but it didn't work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Often

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a demo subscription for RHEL 4
2. get one active subscription for RHEL 4 with update/manage entitlement
3. wait until demo subscription expires
4. check entitlement for active system

Actual results:
No system entitlements for active system with one-year subscription

Expected results:
Adding system entitlements
