Hey Xu Rui Li just wan to confirm that the issue is that no all the strings in the cluster utilization graph tooltips are not translated? correct?

In Network Transfer chart, the in and out is not translated to Chinese when setting to Chinese language, others fixed and display translation.
Hi @gvudinh, 1. The period (am =上午 & pm =下午)is missing(Attached: period_issue.gif) could you help to check if it needs to fix? 2. Although the text of "in & out" is in i18n format, still they are not being translated, do we have any plan about when to update the translation file?
We want to use Intl.DateTimeFormat for all time locales so we don't need to translate the period.
This bug has been verified on payload 4.12.0-0.nightly-arm64-2022-08-10-233415 Verification Step: 1. log in to OCP, change the language to Chinese 2. Switch to Developer perspective, click on one project, eg: openshift-machine-api 3. Add "?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en" at the end of the URL 4. Check if all elements in Utilization section are in i18n format Result: 4. The mentioned text on CPU, memory, network transfer, and filesystem chart is being translated
