Proposed as a Blocker for 35-beta by Fedora user alciregi using the blocker tracking app because: When using a dedicated installer image, the installer must be able to complete an installation using the text, graphical and VNC installation interfaces.
I can successfully reproduce this behaviour.
Discussed at 2021-09-06 blocker/FE review meeting: https://meetbot-raw.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2021/fedora-blocker-review.2021-09-06-16.00.html . Rejected as a Beta blocker as it's not really a significant enough violation of the cited criterion (it's only broken if you do some fairly unusual messing with NTP servers, and we think that's OK for Beta). But accepted as an FE as it is an installer crash, and those are always worth fixing and can't be fixed with an update.
Proposing as a Final blocker as there was some support for this in the meeting.
Fixed in a pull request: https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/3606
